We were blown away by the impeccable service at Fleur De Chine. From the moment we made the reservation, they went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. The transportation arrangements were well-organized and check-in was a breeze. The stunning views from our room and the foyers left us in awe. We couldn't get enough of the delicious meals, especially the set menu at Jade. The onsen bath was a luxurious treat. Despite a few minor drawbacks - an itchy duvet cover and a broken room phone - our overall stay was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its superb service, stunning views, and overall wonderful experience.

Amazing View and Comfortable Room
The hotel location was one of the highlights of my trip, with a breathtaking view of the lake from the hotel room. The room itself was quite comfortable, with all the necessary amenities available. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, which helped make our stay even better.
The service fell short of expectations. the pool access was limited and required the purchase of a swim cap, which was not mentioned beforehand.

This hotel offers incredible hospitality with friendly, helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. the rooms are spacious with beautiful mountain or lake views, and come with great amenities like free drinks and a Nespresso machine. the restaurant serves delicious food, with fresh breakfast and dinner buffets that include free drinks and beer on tap. It's within easy reach of the piers and Taichung station, and offers great indoor pools and hot springs.
One negative aspect mentioned by a reviewer was that guest rooms need renovation and updating.

This hotel has everything one could ask for in a luxurious stay. the exquisite spa center, with its wide range of beauty treatments and full body massages, left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also of great quality. the restaurant served delicious food, including special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful surprise. the private facilities provided me the exclusive amenities I was expecting from such a venue. the entertainment options, including live music performances and a TV room, were also quite enjoyable.
The hotel could benefit from updates to some of its guest rooms, as I found some basic amenities to be lacking. this was a minor issue that did not detract from my overall experience.

Great Hotel Experience During my business trip, I had a memorable stay at the hotel. the room was spacious and had the best amenities, including a beautiful view of the lake and a cozy bed to sleep in. the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by serene surroundings and offering plenty of opportunities for local exploration. One of the best aspects about the hotel was the hot spring tub, which provided a perfect way to relax after a long day of meetings.
Crowd and Food Although the hotel offered a great experience, there were a few downsides. the first issue was the number of tour groups and crowded areas, which sometimes made it difficult to navigate the hotel.
